West Coast Chows, www.westcoastchows.com, www.westcoastyorkies.com, Linda Paulsen took my $1000 deposit for a puppy out of a mating of AKC CH Lu's Frosty to her girl Whitehaven.  That girl suffered a pyometria and had to be spayed, thus making the contract (below) void.  Have been waiting for my REFUND, going on 4 YEARS NOW...  If she would just mail me a certified money order, all of this would GO AWAY...but NO..  She wants to keep MY money even after offering to give it back...(emails below).

Publicly stated:  I want my puppy from Frosty / Asia, or I want my deposit back.  That is all - how simple is this??

And, the LIST West Coast of victims GROWS!!!  We also know of another person that was trying to buy 2 creme puppies from the same (Frosty/Asia) breeding, so we have PROOF for THREE of the SIX puppy deposits promised from that breeding - PROOF of FRAUD as no refunds / puppies (Frosty/Asia) have ever been received.  (This person lives in Georgia, but Linda has probably FORGOTTEN the woman's name...)  PLUS, we have also been contacted by a Canadian Citizen who paid OVER $4000 for one dog, and ended up getting RIPPED OFF on a multiple dog purchase (yes.. we have the emails..)!

This page is not personal, but PEOPLE should be WARNED about THEFT and FRAUD when dealing with Linda Paulsen, West Coast Chows, West Coast Yorkies!!  Justice will eventually catch up to her, either in Canada or the USA (..so come on down..)

And... I hope that Linda DOES come to the USA to take legal action about this page - THOUSANDS of dollars in FRAUD is something that we ARREST people for down here.

Took my money and never delivered on a Chow puppy promised from "Frosty" and "Asia" but yet she is widely known for advertising Yorkies for up to $10,000..   click the link - proof provided!!

And what it worse, is that the LAW in Canada will do nothing about this!!

Asia's daughter was bred and should of had a litter on the 18th, however she turned out to be not pregnant, had a pyometra and we had to do another emergency spay!  This year we have now lost 2 of our beautiful girls to breed.....they are alive but will never be able to be used in our breeding program.  We are researching more about Pyo, because it happened to both Asia and her daughter it does make you wonder if its genetic.

Jasmine will be bred next week to Tuffy with a surgical AI with his frozen semen, and she is from hungary so I am praying that all will go well.  She would be due in February.  As soon as I know something I will let you know right away....thank you for your patience...We wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas.

Porcshe is looking prego and if Jasmine is its a small litter....Jasmine would be due on August 27th and Porsche would be about 5 weeks along.  We are going to switch gears next year and start to show and breed French bull dogs...we just bought a beautiful girl whos daddy is a finished champion in the usa.  My plan is to at some point sell my 2 breeding females this year.  I have someone interested in them in Las vegas so we'll see, I am in no rush as they are my babies and am very attached to them.  WHo ever they do go to I would like to keep west coast chows up and running as we have so many people interested in chow puppies but just can't seem to produce any...its so darn frusterating.  If you know of anyone that would be interested in these 2 girls at some point let me know.  I will let you know in the next few weeks if there is good news or not...take care:)

I have not avoided you on purpose...I am a very honset person and have intention of frauding people. We have had people waiting for puppies for 1 1/2 years now and as you well know as a breeder  unfortunate things happen but you have to move on. I just sent you a copy of the email you sent about getting one of Diamonds puppies.  I feel extremely bad that we could not provide you with a puppy in such a long time and please believe me when I say we are not in the business of ripping people off...my chows are my world and we are a very honest family, I feel very offended that you could accuse me of that...you dont even know me. 
What I can promise you is that I will give you a puppy out of Diamond and Tuffy...and even though those puppies will be sold for $3000 I will give you your male for $2000 just because you had been extremely patient and forgiving.  ALso you do not have any proof of me making money from those adds....I wish...I do not own any of those dogs...I sell them for my breeder friends in Russia..and that is where the dogs are.  All I have is my 4 chows and that is my breeding program and I have not had a litter in almost 2 years. My finances in not any ones business but if you must know we are in a very big debt and because of that I have to sell my 1 and only pet because we need the money....I dont know what else to  tell you but I am sorry you feel this way and I hope we can work something out.
